Keep in mind that we are not responsible for import/duty costs if you live outside of the USA.

We do not take responsibility for incorrect delivery address information. If your package is returned to us due to an insufficient address, shipping charges do apply for reshipping.

Please make sure you are shipping to a secure location to avoid lost or stolen packages, as we do not take responsibility for packages once they are in the hands of USPS. If you have not received your package within the expected delivery time frame, you can file a claim with USPS for your order here: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm.

We currently do not offer refunds, but we will replace defective products when reported within 35 days of ship date. If you receive a product that is the incorrect color or size from what you ordered, we apologize and want to ensure you get the right item as quickly as possible.

You have purchased from us or plan to purchase from us because you believe in the message, so to make sure it lasts, we recommend following the instructions below.

1. WASHING INSIDE OUT

Turning your garment inside out prior to washing minimizes fading and damage to the graphic. Fabric rubbing is a quick way to create pilling, and turning the garment inside out will cause less friction and damage in the wash.

2. WASH IN COLD WATER

Minimizing contact with heat can increase the longevity of your garment. Although our shirts are pre-shrunk, they still intend to shrink a little, particularly if washed and dried at hot temperatures. WASH WITH LIKE COLORS.

4. AVOID USING HIGH HEAT

Use a stain remover on spots but try to shy away from bleach and other strong detergent products all together.

We recommend hanging your garment to dry, steaming or using medium/low heat settings.
Natural drying/Steaming is where it’s at - your clothing will thank you for it. All of our clothing can be tumble dried, but this may quicken the aging process.

5. DO NOT IRON GRAPHIC.

To maintain the life of your garment, we recommend that you steam instead of iron. Especially if the garment contains a puff print, it is best to refrain from ironing so you don't damage the print.
